Recover your account

If you forgot your account password, you can recover it by following means:

• using your account's e-mail address'n (usually, it is your username, or if you're using your account ID for authorization, it's primary e-mail address). In several minutes you will have an e-mail sent with a password recovery link inside. The link is valid only for an hour after the e-mail has been sent.
• calling us and confirming your identity - we shall reset your password for you.
