DTF roll 60cm
DTF from a roll is the perfect solution for larger projects! Our 60 cm wide roll offers a printing width of up to 57 cm, providing great flexibility in arrangement and space utilization. It's a very cost-effective solution aimed at large orders, allowing efficient material usage and cost minimization.

New! DTF roll 40cm
The DTF roll with a width of 40 cm combines the highest quality of sheet prints with the cost-effectiveness of roll printing. Similar to sheet prints, our 40 cm roll is printed on a Japanese Brother printer dedicated to this technology, using original inks, ensuring reliability and excellent results. For ordering a 1MB roll, prepare 2 files with a length of 50 cm and a width of 38 cm each.

Minimum order starting from 1 mb, and orders placed by 12 PM will be processed the same day.

Graphics preparation:

• Remove background, adjust dimensions accordingly, ensure minimum 300 dpi resolution, and use an RGB color palette.
• For DTF roll 60cm, arrange prepared graphics within a printing area of 57x100cm.
• For ordering a 1MB DTF roll 40cm, prepare 2 files with a length of 50cm and a width of 38cm each.
• Note: Do not apply mirrored reflection.
• The minimum allowable line thickness is 1 mm (if the graphic does not meet this requirement, elements may not be adequately printed, leading to application issues).
• Save the prepared file in PNG format.

DTF application on a heat transfer press:

• Medium pressure, temperature 160°C,
• Heating time: 15 seconds,
• Remove the film when cold,
• After removing the film, reheat for 5 seconds.
